Privacy Policy
Last updated September 12, 2026
Kuki Football (“Kuki”, “we”, “us” or “our”) provides live football scores, tables, statistics and news through our mobile app and this website. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
The short version
- You do not need an account to use Kuki. We never ask for your name, email address or phone number.
- The clubs and competitions you follow, your appearance setting and your coin balance are stored on your device only. We never receive them.
- Three third parties do process device-level data: Google AdMob for advertising, Google Firebase for push notifications, and the image network that serves club crests and player photos.
- You can turn notifications off at any time, and you control ad personalisation through the consent prompt and your device settings.
Information we collect
Information you give us
None in normal use. Kuki has no sign-up, no login and no user profile. If you email us, we will have whatever you choose to put in that message.
Information stored only on your device
The app saves the following using your device's own storage. It is not transmitted to us, and it is deleted when you uninstall the app:
- The clubs and competitions you follow
- Your appearance preference (system, light or dark)
- Your notification preferences
- Your coin balance, any active passes, and the history behind them
- Whether you have completed first-run setup
Information collected automatically
- Technical request data. When the app asks our servers for football data, our infrastructure logs the request in the ordinary way — IP address, timestamp, and which endpoint was called. These logs are used to run and secure the service, and to diagnose faults. They are not used to build a profile of you.
- Advertising identifiers. Google AdMob receives your device's advertising identifier and technical device information in order to select and measure ads. What it receives depends on the consent choices described below.
- Push registration token. If you allow notifications, Google Firebase issues a token that identifies your installation so a message can be delivered to it. The token is not tied to your identity, and it changes if you reinstall the app.
Third parties that receive data
We keep this list short on purpose. As of the date below, these are the only services that see device-level data:
- Google AdMob — serves the advertising that keeps Kuki free. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Google Firebase — delivers push notifications, and provides the mobile SDKs the app is built on. See Google's Firebase privacy documentation.
- Image and content networks — club crests, competition badges and player photos are loaded directly from an image network rather than from us, so that network sees your device's IP address as part of serving the picture. Video content in the app may likewise be delivered by third-party content delivery networks, or proxied through our own servers.
Our football data comes from a third-party sports data provider, but that request is made by our servers, not by your device. The provider never sees your device or your IP address.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with data brokers.
Advertising and your choices
Kuki is free and is paid for by advertising.
- Consent. Where required — including in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom — the app shows Google's consent prompt before any ad is requested. You can choose whether your data is used for personalised advertising, and you can reopen that choice from the app's settings.
- App Tracking Transparency. On iOS, the system asks for your permission before the app can use your advertising identifier for tracking. If you decline, Kuki continues to work and you will still see ads — they will simply be less relevant.
- Device controls. You can reset or limit your advertising identifier at any time in your device settings.
Rewards and coins
Kuki includes optional coins that you can earn by watching a rewarded advert or by playing the in-app mini-game, and spend on things like a temporary ad-free pass. Your balance and history live on your device. Coins have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are lost if you uninstall the app.
Notifications
If you allow them, we can send match alerts such as kick-off, goals and full time. Notifications are sent to installations that have subscribed, not to named individuals. Turn them off at any time in the app's settings or in your device's system settings.
Children
Kuki is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, email us and we will delete it.
Retention
Server request logs are kept only as long as they are useful for operating and securing the service, and are rotated regularly. Anything the app stores on your device stays there until you clear the app's data or uninstall it. Because we hold no account, there is no profile for us to delete.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data. In practice we hold no information that identifies you, so most requests are best directed at Google for advertising and notification data. If you want to ask us something, email the address below and we will help where we can.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date shown at the top of this page. Continuing to use Kuki after a change means you accept the updated policy.
